Refund Policy

Every paid tier of MindTradr — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.

If MindTradr isn't a fit for the way you trade, journal, or build discipline, you get your money back. That's the whole policy.

Email hello@mindtradr.com from the address on your account within 14 days of the original purchase. Include:

• The email you bought with (if different from the one you write from).
• The plan you bought (Monthly / Yearly / Lifetime) — the Whop receipt has this if you're unsure.

That's it. We do not require you to justify the decision or take a survey.

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Whop (our payment processor). It typically takes 5–7 business days for the funds to land on your card or bank account, depending on your issuer.

Once the refund is initiated, your Pro access ends at the next billing boundary (or immediately, for Lifetime). Your trade and journal data stay intact — your account simply reverts to the Free tier.
