Terms of Service

MindTradr is a trading journal and behavioural-coaching app operated by MiKaro Media sp. z o.o. (NIP 8811502248, Poland). By creating an account or using the app — including the free tier and the demo — you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must provide a valid email when registering. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe; we won't share your data with anyone who asks unless they prove account ownership via the original email or via a court order. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

Pro access is available in three forms:

• Monthly — $12.99/month, auto-renews each month until cancelled.
• Yearly — $99/year, auto-renews each year until cancelled.
• Lifetime — $199 one-time, no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Whop as the Merchant of Record. Prices may include local taxes depending on your country.

You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time from the Whop billing portal (link in your purchase receipt or via Settings → Subscription → Manage) or by emailing hello@mindtradr.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime purchases have nothing to cancel — they don't renew.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless scripts) to interact with the app beyond your own personal use.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose MindTradr APIs to third parties.
• Submit content that violates the law or someone else's rights (e.g. other people's personal data in your notes without consent).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

MiKaro Media sp. z o.o. owns the MindTradr software, brand, design, and content (other than user-submitted content). You retain full ownership of every trade, note, and journal entry you create — you can export it at any time and delete it permanently. We do not claim a licence over your journal beyond what is needed to display it back to you.

MindTradr is a journaling and behavioural-coaching tool. It is not financial, investment, or tax advice. We are not a broker, a financial advisor, or a regulated financial institution. The AI-generated content (Pulse, Sanity Check, Coach, Insights) is for reflection and discipline — not for picking trades. Every trading decision is yours, and so is every gain and loss. Trading involves risk; do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent allowed by Polish law, MindTradr and MiKaro Media sp. z o.o. are not liable for: trading losses, missed opportunities, incorrect AI suggestions, downtime, data loss not caused by our gross negligence, or indirect / consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of MiKaro Media sp. z o.o.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of MindTradr after the effective date counts as acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree to a change, you can cancel and export your data before the effective date.
